Say hello

A person will read this.

No ticket queue theatre. Support answers within one business day, and the person answering can actually change your book.

Send us a message

Tell us what you are trying to make and we will tell you whether we are the right tool for it, honestly.

Goes straight to a founder. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

One inbox, read by a founder

We are small enough that every message reaches someone who works on the product and can do something about it. No ticket queue, no tiering.

Usually within one business day.

Studio & volume

Photographers, agencies and anyone printing at volume. Pick that topic in the form and it comes straight to us.

Privacy requests

Data export, deletion, or a processing agreement for your organisation. Choose the privacy topic and we will respond well inside the 30 days the law allows.

Press, research & partnerships

Logos, product shots, founder background, and the technical detail behind how the engine works. Happy to go deep.

Before you write in

These four cover most of what reaches us.

Can I change my book after ordering?
If it has not gone to press, yes. Orders stay editable for two hours after checkout and we will tell you exactly when that window closes. After press, the fastest path is a reprint.
Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed the moment it ships, usually 3–5 days after you order. If it has been longer than ten business days, use the form above with your order number and we will chase the printer directly.
Something in the print looks wrong.
Send a photo of the page. If it is a print or binding fault we reprint free, no return needed. If it is a source-photo limitation we will say so plainly and suggest what would fix it.
How do I delete everything?
Account settings, delete account. Photos and drafts are removed from live systems immediately and purged from backups within 30 days. Ask through the form if you want written confirmation.

Or just try it.

Most questions answer themselves once you have seen a draft of your own library.
